PROJECT: Barden Ridge
DESIGN: Breana Graham Landscape Architecture

CONSTRUCTION: Corey Fox Landscaping

PHOTOGRAPHY: Ben & Gab

Commissioned at the very start of the home’s construction, this project was a true blank slate—an opportunity to design freely and craft a landscape full of visual intrigue from front to back.

The front yard blends modern planting styles with subtle nods to Palm Springs, creating a desert oasis vibe. Sculptural foliage and clean lines offer a welcoming yet sophisticated street presence.

Alongside the home, transition spaces are brought to life with oversized round steppers and a dynamic interplay of straight and curved forms. A bold palette of black, green, and white reinforces the crisp, geometric aesthetic.

The backyard continues the conversation between geometry and materiality. Limed Oak Millboard decking, white aluminium detailing, and natural stone contrast beautifully with deep-toned fences and lush planting. The result is a space that balances structure with softness.

Over time, dark fences will recede behind a living wall of Lilli Pilly Sublime, while standout specimens like Pandanus and Olive trees will mature into the defining features of the garden.
